Ferromagnetic Resonance (FMR) 

Toei’s new FMR spectrometer integrates Magnetic Field Modulation Detection and Newly developed Measurement Jig to the conventional vector network analyzer (VNA)-based FMR, which results in superior performance of both higher signal sensitivity and wider frequency bandwidth.

The new FMR spectrometer is an ideal tool for R&D of leading-edge magnetic materials and devices, such as high frequency characterization of ultra-thin magnetic films of STT-MRAM and tiny magnetic dots.
